At TIMS, our leadership team stays close to the floor. Every manager — from operations to quality to tooling — has spent over 15 years in injection molding and manufacturing, giving our customers direct access to genuine expertise at every level of the organization. We don’t manage from a distance. We solve problems on-site, on-shift, and on-time.

Plant Operations

Our operations leadership manages scheduling, production efficiency, machine uptime and on-time delivery across 60+ presses — with direct experience running large-tonnage programs including multiple presses over 2,000T.

Quality & Engineering

IATF 16949 expertise from launch through long-term production. Our quality team has managed automotive PPAP, CMM validation, and corrective action programs for tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers across multiple sectors.

Tooling & Mold Design

In-house mold engineers with deep expertise in tool builds, DFM, mold flow analysis and on-site supervision at Chinese toolmakers. Over 80 tools built 2022–2025 under direct team oversight.

Supply Chain & Logistics

Experienced in USMCA compliance, C-TPAT border procedures and just-in-time delivery to US customers. Our logistics team manages cross-border shipments from both Juárez/El Paso and Tijuana/San Diego corridors daily.

Program Management

Customer-facing program managers who have supported launches from prototype through mass production — managing timelines, engineering changes, and customer communications with North American standards.

Finance & Administration

Professional financial management and corporate governance ensuring operational transparency, customer confidence and compliance with IMMEX program requirements and cross-border regulatory standards.
